A sanctuary named after the banyan.
“Borgos” comes from the Axomiya word for the banyan tree—long a symbol of wisdom and timeless life. The resort’s identity is rooted in that calm, grounded spirit, surrounded by the landscapes that make Kaziranga legendary.
Designed as a tribute to the flora and fauna of the region, the resort blends Assamese architectural cues with modern comfort and expansive green spaces. The experience is intentionally slow—morning light, evening walks, and thoughtful service.
